About The Position

Endeavor Montessori Dunwoody is hiring an Infant Assistant Teacher to help create a positive and safe learning environment for children. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, meals, and naptime. The Assistant Teacher helps promote children’s development, monitors their progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Endeavor Schools offers educators resources, education incentives, career development programs, and opportunities for advancement. The position is at Endeavor Montessori Dunwoody, part of Endeavor Schools, which operates more than 100 schools in 14 states. A $750 hiring bonus is offered. The stated pay range is USD $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare center is preferred.
Montessori knowledge or understanding is a plus.
