About The Position

Endeavor Montessori Dunwoody is hiring an Infant Assistant Teacher. The role assists with implementing age-appropriate curriculum, preparing and organizing learning materials, and supervising children during activities, including meals and naptime, to provide a safe and positive learning environment. The Assistant Teacher helps lead learning activities that support children’s development, monitors progress, and contributes to a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. The organization has more than 100 schools in 14 states. The stated pay range is USD $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare center is preferred.
Montessori knowledge or understanding is a plus.
