About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic In-Room Dining team as our Assistant In-Room Dining Manager. As the Assistant In-Room Dining Manager, you will plan, organize and lead the In-Room Dining team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a thoughtfully curated experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years' experience working in Food & Beverage Management, Room Services and Hotel experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Detailed-oriented and organizational skills
  • TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
  • Work authorization in the United States required

Responsibilities

  • Select, train, evaluate, and lead In-Room Dining employees and supervisors, fostering a high-performance team that upholds cultural and service standards.
  • Oversee daily operations and operational planning for the outlet.
  • Maintain a visible presence within the operation, recognize team performance, foster positive guest relations, and effectively address guest, client, and group concerns, complaints, or special requests.
  • Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory and cash controls.
