About The Position

Under general supervision, the Assistant Hourly Trainer monitors and guides trainee performance. The role trains team members in safe practices, production techniques, and quality control, while interacting regularly with management. It requires knowledge of the Debone process workflow and production in the facility’s manufacturing environment. The position assists the Supervisor with coordinating the department’s daily responsibilities by ensuring instructions are communicated to team members and carried out correctly and on time. It also monitors equipment to ensure it is working properly, reports needed maintenance to the Supervisor, maintains a safe work environment, and follows Tyson policies and procedures. Candidates must be willing and able to meet the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience within the last 12 months.
Knowledge of the Debone process workflow and production in the facility’s manufacturing environment.
Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
