About The Position

The Assistant Hourly Trainer Opr trains and assists team members in proper knife-steeling techniques and other job techniques. The role supports production-line goals, maintains standards set by upper management, and audits and tracks team members’ training progress. Team members report to the Training Manager/Supervisor. Hours vary. All team members are responsible for personal safety and food safety. This position is intended for team members currently working at this facility or complex. Team members seeking a transfer from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to read, write, and interpret general equipment safety procedures.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
