About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant leader who wants to advance their career and earnings. The Assistant General Manager leads hands-on, maintains high standards, and helps deliver excellent food, value, and customer service. The schedule is five days per week and includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Most shifts are 8 a.m.–8 p.m. or 11 a.m.–11 p.m.; the latest closing time is 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Other roles, including hourly management positions with flexible scheduling, may also be available.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader with current or very recent drive-thru experience.
• Hands-on leadership style.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service.
• Ability to taste and handle all menu offerings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground.
