Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Sud Stop Car Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a car wash facility. The role is responsible for smooth workflow, exceptional service delivery, and profitability, while leading staff, managing inventory, upholding quality standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The Assistant General Manager is expected to lead by example, demonstrate the company’s CORE values, build relationships, and contribute to company growth and success. The position is based at 3301 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Pembroke Park, FL 33023. The facility is open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and weekend and holiday shifts are required. Starting annual salary is $50,000, based on experience, with eligibility for monthly bonuses.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of management experience, such as in car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, or site management.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to operate a POS system and typical office machines.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, diplomacy, and teamwork.

- Leadership experience at a car wash is highly preferred.
