Requirements

Proven sales experience.
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Effective communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Energetic and personable, with the ability to foster a positive, harmonious team environment.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform light cleaning duties as required.
Available to work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Motivate and coach team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to team members.
Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience.
Assist in developing promotions and use sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
