Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of club standard operating procedures and policies.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate sales leads and grow memberships.
• Achieve revenue goals through employee leadership and motivation.
• Coordinate and work with the Fitness, Sales and Marketing, Accounting, and Information Technology support functions.
• Address personnel problems or difficulties according to club procedures and documentation.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully according to club procedures and documentation.
