About The Position
The Assistant General Manager helps manage the restaurant in partnership with the General Manager and is responsible for managing Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. The role helps ensure the restaurant performs at a high level, with particular focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
Requirements
- Preferably, have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
- Have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- Be able to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop a team.

- Three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience is preferred.
