About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant leader for an Assistant General Manager role. The position offers base pay up to $65,000, substantial bonus potential based primarily on top-line sales growth, and a benefits package. The latest closing time is 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The role follows a five-day workweek and requires working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; most shifts are 8 a.m.–8 p.m. or 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Other roles, including hourly management positions with flexible scheduling, are also available. Short-term disability and 401(k) benefits are not available in Leland, Whiteville, or Shallotte.

Requirements

• Experienced restaurant leader.
• Current or very recent experience with drive-thru operations.
• Hands-on style of leadership.
• Upbeat personality.
• Solid communication skills and professional appearance.
• Standard-driven approach to delivering fantastic food, value, and customer service.
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds from the ground.
• Must work a five-day week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
