About The Position

The Assistant General Manager is the store’s manager on duty and second in command to the General Manager. The role supports daily store operations, team development, customer service, and achievement of sales, food, and labor goals. The position offers training and support, opportunities for career progression, and the chance to develop toward further leadership roles within Domino’s.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and liability insurance.
Ability to pass a background investigation and motor vehicle report.
Previous inventory control, labor cost, and computer knowledge.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and use proprietary software systems, including PULSE and PWR.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Control and manage inventory.
Assist the General Manager with marketing efforts.
Train and engage team members.
Create and effectively manage team member schedules.
