About The Position

Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Chester, Virginia, is hiring a hands-on Assistant General Manager to support the team, strengthen daily hotel operations, and deliver a great guest experience. Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead daily hotel operations.
• Support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to keep the hotel guest-ready.
• Coach associates and reinforce service and performance expectations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and follow through.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, labor controls, and operational reporting.
• Uphold Marriott brand standards, cleanliness, and safety practices.
