Requirements

Proven sales experience.

Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Motivate and coach team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Provide ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to the team.
Oversee salon operations with the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience.
Assist in developing promotions and use sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
