About The Position

The General Manager operates equipment and handles food preparation, inventory, paperwork, order processing, cleaning, and product delivery. The role requires accurate basic arithmetic and monetary change handling; verbal, written, and telephone communication; precise motor coordination; and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen. The position also involves delivering products and promotional materials throughout a designated delivery area, including navigating varied terrain and locating addresses.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Deliver product by car and to customers’ doors.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate the designated delivery area and locate addresses, including at multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
