About The Position

The Delivery Driver operates equipment, stocks ingredients in storage and work areas, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, and completes related paperwork. The role also includes cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The driver delivers products by car to customers' doors and distributes flyers and door hangers. The work involves navigating the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products. The role requires communicating with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone and entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
Ability to deliver product by car.
