About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to serve as Assistant General Manager. The role calls for hands-on leadership, a positive and professional approach, and a focus on delivering high-quality food, value, and customer service. Candidates should have current or very recent drive-thru experience and be able to taste and handle all menu offerings. The schedule is five days per week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; most shifts run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the latest closing time at 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The position requires extended periods on one's feet and lifting 50 pounds from the ground. The employer advertises base pay of up to $65,000, bonus potential primarily based on top-line sales growth, and a benefits package. STD and 401(k) are not available in Leland, Whiteville, or Shallotte.
