About The Position

At Incredible Pizza Company (IPC), the Assistant Game Room Manager supports the Game Room Manager in overseeing Entertainment Department employees, attractions, rides, games, and the prize redemption store. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring proper training, maintaining safety standards, and managing daily operations. Requirements

• One year of leadership experience or experience in the family entertainment industry.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Game Room Manager in overseeing Entertainment Department employees, attractions, rides, games, and the prize redemption store.
• Supervise staff and ensure they receive proper training.
• Maintain safety standards and manage daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging department.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Game Room Manager.
• Provide friendly, fun, and courteous interactions with guests.
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
