Requirements

  • Two (2) years of Hotel Front Desk management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, front desk, and guest services.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures in a hotel environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front desk operations.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
  • Monitor and manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Assist in training staff on front desk procedures, service standards, and hotel systems.
  • Lead and empower the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new front office staff.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service.
  • Work with other hotel departments to meet guest needs seamlessly.
  • Actively review and respond to guest feedback across various platforms.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, room types, rates, and services.
  • Ensure staff uphold guest confidentiality and adhere to training and information protocols.
  • Assist with other related tasks as reasonably assigned by management.
