About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Assistant Food Manager to oversee the food program at Kwik Star 801. The role includes preparing food, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, modeling excellent customer service, keeping the team focused on daily goals, and assisting with merchandising. The Assistant Food Manager helps ensure high-quality customer service every day and maintains a clean, inviting store. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, primarily on second shift, with variable shift scheduling. The listed full pay range is $16.00 to $22.26; actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers, with bonuses ranging from 8–12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability. Requirements

• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily second shift.

• Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly.
• Desire to help others.
• At least 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food preparation.
• Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk or stand for up to 8–10 hours per day.
