About The Position
CoreCivic is seeking an Assistant Facility Director to provide high-quality care in an institutional, secure setting. The role supports CoreCivic's service to the people and communities it serves and requires knowledge of business management principles and laws and regulations applicable to residential, re-entry, or corrections industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Social or Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, or a closely related field; additional qualifying full-time experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Two years of experience in a related field, including one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of business management principles, laws, legal codes, and government regulations applicable to the residential, re-entry, or corrections industries.
- Experience using Microsoft Office or similar software applications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
