About The Position

As an Assistant Events & Entertainment Manager, you will help deliver an exceptional live entertainment experience for guests. You will support daily showroom operations, oversee front-of-house activities, and assist in leading a team focused on outstanding guest service. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment to help ensure smooth show operations, a welcoming atmosphere, and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least 2 years of relevant guest service experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in live entertainment, showroom operations, theater management, hospitality, or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily front-of-house showroom operations, including event preparation, guest admissions, seating arrangements, VIP accommodations, and venue presentation.
• Lead, coach, and support showroom team members to maintain service standards, operational efficiency, and adherence to departmental procedures.
• Coordinate with Entertainment, Security, Guest Services, and other departments to support performances, special events, and operational needs.
• Address guest concerns, special accommodations, and escalated situations professionally and discreetly, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance initiatives to maintain appropriate coverage and a high-performing team.
• Monitor showroom conditions, identify potential safety or operational concerns, and help implement timely solutions.
• Assist the Showroom Manager with departmental initiatives, operational improvements, and established service and performance standards.
