About The Position

We're looking for an Assistant eCommerce Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our online grocery platform, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. The Assistant eCommerce Manager will coordinate with various departments, develop strategies to increase online sales, assist the eCommerce Manager, handle customer inquiries, analyze data for trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers for efficient order picking and packing.

  • Prepare performance reports.
  • Lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed efficiently.
