About The Position

The Assistant Drive Up and Go Supervisor supports daily Home Shopping fulfillment operations, helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on time and customers receive a seamless pickup or delivery experience. The role works in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contributes to customer satisfaction and digital sales growth.

Responsibilities include coordinating fulfillment processes, supporting associates, monitoring operational performance, and maintaining food safety and company standards. The position requires flexible availability, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a positive pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
