About The Position

The Assistant Drive Up and Go Supervisor supports digital fulfillment operations, customer service, and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing daily Home Shopping fulfillment to help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, customers receive a strong pickup and delivery experience, and the department supports digital sales growth. It is a fast-paced, hands-on position with responsibility for team support and store success.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Provide an exceptional pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules based on order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
