In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, acting as a primary point of contact and an ambassador for Xavier. We're looking for someone with a strong aptitude for sales—someone who can effectively communicate the value of our academic programs and campus experience, addressing concerns and inspiring confidence. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount, as you'll build relationships and provide personalized support to a diverse range of individuals. The position also requires travel for recruitment events, so a willingness to hit the road and connect with future students is essential. This position is available as an on-campus role for candidates within the Cincinnati region, or as a remote opportunity for qualified applicants located in neighboring cities, including Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville.
