City Connects, implemented through the Marian University Center of Vibrant Schools, seeks a full-time Assistant Director to promote its Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by leading and executing the Technical Assistance Center’s school implementation strategy and serving as an experienced program manager. The Assistant Director will report to the TA Center Director and be an integral member of the Center’s leadership team, focused on ensuring the City Connects model is implemented with fidelity across all schools. This role serves as the conduit between the Center and schools implementing the model, leading, supporting, and coaching coordinators and district program managers, and liaising with school and district administration. This involves understanding and supporting the implementation of the City Connects model within each school's context, analyzing data to assess implementation, and developing strong communication systems among school administration, coordinators, program managers, and the Center. The Assistant Director will work closely with the TA Center Director and receive coaching from the Boston College Center for Thriving Children. City Connects is an innovative approach to addressing out-of-school factors impacting student achievement, collaborating with districts, schools, and community agencies to connect every student with tailored supports and enrichments.
