We’re seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Hotel Sales. With over 340 guest rooms, a full-service European-style spa, rooftop pool, multiple dining outlets, and the largest meeting and convention space in the region, this hotel is a market leader for group, association, and citywide events. Requirements

A strong understanding of group, association, and citywide business.
Experience selling large-scale meeting space.
Comprehensive knowledge of Marriott systems, sales channels, and brand standards.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across clients, ownership, and internal teams.
Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

Drive results for one of the Southeast’s most unique convention hotel experiences.
Lead at a high level in sales.
Partner with experienced leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations across PCH Hotels & Resorts.
Sell large-scale meeting space.
Utilize Marriott systems, sales channels, and brand standards.
Build relationships with clients, ownership, and internal teams.
Apply strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
