About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead all revenue-generating sales and marketing efforts for our luxury Hilton-branded hotel. This executive role is responsible for driving topline revenue, market share growth, and brand positioning across all segments, including group, transient, and luxury leisure. This position is ideal for an experienced luxury hotel sales leader, including a high-performing Senior Sales Manager ready to advance into a Director role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within luxury or upper-upscale hotels.
  • Demonstrated success in a Senior Sales Manager, Associate Director, or Director role.
  • Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth and market share.
  • Experience working within Hilton systems, standards, and culture.
  • Familiarity with Hilton sales platforms, reporting tools, and brand initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret STR reports and financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals and brand standards.
  • Drive growth in ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and market share within the luxury competitive set.
  • Lead all group, transient, catering, and leisure sales initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic account management, contract negotiations, and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent luxury brand positioning.
  • Represent the hotel within the community, industry events, and global sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to ownership and corporate leadership.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales, Catering, and Marketing team.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching.
