We are excited to invite applications for the position of Part-Time Assistant Coordinator, NICHE Events. This role plays a key part in supporting our events team to deliver exceptional experiences for our students and the community. The Part-Time Assistant Coordinator, NICHE Events supports the administrative, sales, coordination, and execution aspects of events at NICHE. This role works closely with the Hospitality Operations Manager to assist with client communication, lead generation, event logistics, venue sales, and day-of event execution. While the primary focus is administrative and sales support, this position also actively assists with event operations including setup, teardown, room resets, and physical event preparation. This role will independently oversee events as the sole on-site NICHE representative, managing vendors, timelines, client communication, troubleshooting, and overall execution. The right candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating with autonomy.
