About The Position

TRG Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to ensure all efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. This role involves directing day-to-day activities within TRG Management, a company experienced with various housing types including subsidized, workforce, affordable, mid-rises, high-rises, luxury rentals, and single-family homes. TRG Management currently oversees approximately 20,000 units across several states, with a portfolio exceeding 100 properties.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer service-oriented personality.

Nice To Haves

Affordable Housing experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
Provide prompt and accurate general status reports on properties assigned.
Prepare annual recertifications.
Interview prospective residents and show apartments and property.
Determine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.
Complete leasing process agreement.
Prepare vacancy reports and inspect the condition of the premises periodically.
Coordinate marketing and/or property promotions.
