About The Position

This position is for an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager. The role involves supporting the Community Manager and maintenance team in managing a multimillion-dollar community asset. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, financial performance, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out ownership objectives.

Requirements

Previous multifamily property management experience.
Experience as an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
Well versed in Affordable Housing regulations and procedures.
Familiarity with determining eligibility, securing verifications, calculating incomes, completing Tenant Income Certifications, and compliance reports.
Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting is a plus.
Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
