About The Position

This position is for an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager. The role involves supporting the Community Manager and maintenance team in managing a multimillion-dollar community asset. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, financial performance, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out ownership objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous multifamily property management experience.
  • Experience as an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
  • Well versed in Affordable Housing regulations and procedures.
  • Familiarity with determining eligibility, securing verifications, calculating incomes, completing Tenant Income Certifications, and compliance reports.
  • Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting is a plus.
  • Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities
