About The Position
Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is seeking an Assistant Club Director to support the licensed programs at their West View Campus. This role works alongside the Club Director to oversee licensed programs serving toddlers, school-age youth, and preschoolers, fostering a thriving environment for children, families, and employees. It is a leadership position focused on hands-on involvement, including coaching employees, supporting program quality and curriculum, maintaining licensing standards, assisting with daily operations, and stepping into classrooms as needed. The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, adaptable, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and capable of building strong relationships to create consistency across programs.
