Assistant Club Director
About The Position
Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is seeking an Assistant Club Director to help lead the licensed school-age programs at our Whitney Campus. Working alongside the Club Director, you'll help create a safe, engaging environment where youth build confidence, explore new interests, and develop skills that last a lifetime. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll coach and support employees, help maintain licensing standards, assist with daily operations, partner with families, and step into programs whenever your team needs an extra set of hands. Success comes from being present, approachable, and willing to lead by example. Every day brings something new. You'll celebrate successes, solve challenges, support your team, and adapt as needed to create a positive experience for every child and family. We're looking for someone who communicates with empathy, builds trust easily, enjoys developing others, and can confidently balance multiple priorities while keeping children at the center of every decision.
Requirements
- Washington State Center Director qualifications
- Qualifying Early Childhood Education coursework
- Experience in a licensed early learning program
