Assistant Club Director
About The Position
Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is looking for an Assistant Club Director to help lead their licensed preschool program at the Anacortes Family Center. This is a hands-on leadership position where the Assistant Club Director will work alongside the Club Director to create a safe, nurturing environment for children, families, and employees. The role requires adaptability, resilience, and the ability to shift priorities. The ideal candidate will lead with compassion, support their team, and help children, families, and employees grow together. This position requires Washington State Center Director qualifications, including qualifying Early Childhood Education coursework and experience in a licensed early learning program.
