The Medical Assistant Clinical Manager is a key leadership role responsible for supervising all nurses and medical assistants across GMA locations. This position ensures smooth daily clinical operations, supports providers, and fosters a positive, patient-centered culture. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of direct clinical experience
- CPR certification required (Can be renewed post hire)
- Strong proficiency with Practice Management Systems
- Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records
- Strong proficiency with Bloodborne pathogen standards
- Strong proficiency with Infection control policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively resolve departmental and interdepartmental issues
