About The Position

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch and ensure a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the investment industry (wealth management/financial services)
  • Registered Representative License
  • CIRO Supervisor License
  • Process-oriented person and effective communicator
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • A coach's mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day-to-day issues
  • Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy
  • Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation
  • Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients
  • Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Build and create a high-performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations
  • Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviors
