About The Position

The Assistant Branch Manager is a high-impact sales role at Regional Finance, responsible for driving revenue, growing customer accounts, and maximizing branch performance. The position involves actively selling financial products, building customer relationships, recommending solutions, and managing the full loan lifecycle. This is an office-based role providing consumer loan services in person and by phone. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation, required for bank deposits.
Strong sales and closing ability.
Clear and confident communication.

Responsibilities

Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability.
Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.
Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
