Assistant Branch Manager
About The Position
Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to help deliver personal service to customers through its branch and omnichannel lending operations. The role supports loan sales, customer relationships, credit decisions, early-stage delinquency resolution, team development, and compliant branch operations. It is an on-site position serving customers in person and by phone. The role offers base pay of $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Top performers may earn up to $72,640 per year in total compensation, including bonuses; the bonus program offers up to an additional $1,200 per month based on individual and team performance. The company describes opportunities for career advancement and offers a training program designed to prepare top-performing Assistant Managers for Branch Manager roles. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays and late evenings may be required based on business needs.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
- Ability to handle cash payments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets by driving volume and conversion through customer outreach and follow-up.
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Assist with training and coaching new team members.
- Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to support informed lending decisions.
- Manage consumer loan accounts that are 1–30 days past due through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers on payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
- Educate customers about loan terms and optional products so they understand their options.
- Multitask and adapt to the demands of the role while providing timely and efficient service.
