About The Position

Service Partners is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager to assist the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of a branch warehouse location. The role focuses on customer service, leadership, operational excellence, sales lead follow-up, and oversight of warehouse inventory, staff, and deliveries. This is a safety-sensitive position with local travel of less than 10%.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have prior experience in a supervisory or management position.
• Hold a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Have knowledge of the construction or distribution industry.
• Have proficient computer skills.
• Have experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

• A college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to build relationships and retain current customers.
• Display leadership, professionalism, and integrity.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost, and service.
• Ensure timely and effective action on sales lead opportunities.
• Assist with managing warehouse inventory, staff, and deliveries.
