Requirements

• Residing in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia.
• Senior level banking and/or credit union experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality, privacy and professionalism as a front-line representative of our institution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the branch in accordance with established policies & procedures while ensuring that quality service standards are maintained.
• Performing all duties of a Member Service Representative as needed.
• Acting as Branch Manager in his/her absence.
• Assisting members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services.
