About The Position

Richemont, a global leader in the luxury sector, is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in creating a memorable client experience and a fulfilling employee experience. This role involves maintaining high operational standards and fostering a strong clienteling approach to drive business results. The Assistant Boutique Manager will be instrumental in developing the brand's reputation, managing boutique operations, and leading the sales team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in cultivating and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders, driving client loyalty.
  • Strong natural leadership, proven track record of leading teams and developing people.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury environment, including brands, trends, and client expectations.
  • Expertise in managing 360° operations aspects, driving for operational efficiency and overall boutique experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to growing the Brand's reputation and desirability through networking and client events.
  • Initiate boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic.
  • Monitor the local business environment and its impact on sales, including competitor activities.
  • Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
  • Develop individual relationships with clients and prospects, leading by example.
  • Partner with management to develop targeted action plans for clients and prospects.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets in line with Brand objectives.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and assist in setting performance targets for the team.
  • Oversee and prepare reports, providing strategic analysis and action plans.
  • Prepare client analysis reports, sharing insights of local trends.
  • Develop and share in-depth knowledge of the boutique business.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and client service.
  • Drive the adoption of new tools and services.
  • Manage boutique operations in accordance with Brand and group compliance policies.
  • Build strong partnerships with local Richemont Finance, Audit & Security teams.
  • Ensure adherence to all Brand and Richemont procedures.
  • Act as an Ambassador for the Brand at meetings and events.
  • Participate in PR events to promote boutique presence.
  • Adhere to the values and rituals of presentation established by the Maison.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager with coaching, training, motivating, and developing the sales team.
  • Lead by example with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Develop positive relationships with the team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns.
  • Conduct motivational daily briefings.
