The Assistant Banquet Manager will execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for meetings and social events, coordinate with vendors and departments to deliver seamless events, support departmental goals by managing inventory, costs, and schedules, and supervise banquet staff. This role will also step in for the Banquet Manager as needed and assist with hiring, training, and daily team leadership.
