About The Position
The Assistant Baker supports the bakery by preparing Nothing Bundt Cakes’ recipes with care and consistency. The role focuses on crafting cakes from raw ingredients and helping create a welcoming, joy-filled experience for guests and the community. Team members receive training in cake crafting and career development. The bakery offers flexible work schedules and closes earlier than many food-service businesses. Compensation is $17.00 per hour.
