About The Position

The Nothing Bundt Cakes Assistant Baker partners with the Baker to consistently create high-quality cakes and meet production demands while contributing to superior guest service. Following proprietary recipes, production methods, and food safety standards, the Assistant Baker supports the repeated baking process for cakes in a variety of flavors and sizes. Requirements

• Ability to follow proprietary recipes, production methods, food safety standards, and workplace policies.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other baking tools.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods precisely and achieve productivity goals.
• Use measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other baking tools effectively.
• Help prepare ingredients and equipment, place cake pans in hot ovens, and monitor baking.
• Assist with daily baking and production flow and processes.
• Package, label, store, and rotate baked cakes properly; maintain baking and refrigeration logs.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation and prepare baking supplies for the next shift.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies, including dress code and personal hygiene requirements.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
