About The Position
The Assistant Baker supports the bakery by preparing cakes and helping maintain consistency in the bakery’s recipes. The role focuses on crafting cakes that bring joy to guests and supporting the bakery team. Training is provided on cake making and career development. The bakery offers flexible work schedules and closes earlier than many food-service businesses. Employees at franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes locations are employed by the franchise owner/operator, not the corporate franchisor.
