About The Position

The USF Health College of Nursing is seeking a full-time, onsite Assistant/Associate Professor, Non-Tenure Track. This position involves teaching in undergraduate and/or graduate programs, mentoring students, and participating in service activities. The role may require travel to clinical sites and teaching across the Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Sarasota-Manatee campuses. The faculty member will deliver didactic, clinical, lab, and online instruction, engage in curriculum and clinical site evaluation, conduct scholarly work, and contribute to college, university, and professional service. In-person presence during standard business hours is required, and a remote work option is not available.

Requirements

Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service.
Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (non-tenure earning).
Must hold, or be eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN) in the state of Florida by the start date.
