As an Administrative Office Manager, you will play a fundamental role in our success. Monitor workflow and productivity to evaluate office performance. Take corrective action as needed to ensure efficient workflow. Coordinate production of documents such as letters, statistical reports, presentations, information materials, contracts, proposals, and work schedules. Act as liaison between building management and internal departments as well as across field offices and vendors. Coordinate space planning, lease formalities, office automation, and operational matters such as building maintenance, office equipment, and purchasing. Organize, plan, and attend program meetings, retreats, training, and events. Assist Human Resources with interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluation while making decisions on employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Conduct periodic employee meetings, which include feedback on office performance and issues to foster process improvements, professional development goals, and effective teamwork.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in related field; Bachelor’s degree if required by state.
  • Five years of administrative support experience including two years of supervisory experience.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
