Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible.
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
  • Assist with the management of office supplies, including inventory tracking and placing orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to our team of tax professionals as required.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and professional office environment.
