About The Position

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to assist with service delivery and enhancements for a portfolio of premier commercial properties. The role includes field, client-facing, and administrative work, with a focus on excellent client service and maintaining high-quality commercial landscapes. Yellowstone Landscape is a privately owned commercial landscaping company operating across the United States.

Requirements

• Be a landscape professional with a positive and engaging interpersonal style.
• Have one to three years of prior experience with a professional landscape management firm.
• Have a passion for client service.
• Have superb communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• An associate's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related major is strongly preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule field operations to exceed client expectations.
• Sell enhancements on existing properties.
• Communicate proactively with clients.
• Perform field work to maintain properties and provide excellent service.
• Manage a commercial property portfolio, including field work, client-facing duties, and administrative responsibilities.

• Develop and train service personnel to provide exceptional service.
